My Philosophy

There was a time I felt deeply disconnected—
uncomfortable in my own skin, silenced by self-doubt,
and searching outside myself for worth, love, and belonging.

What I didn’t yet know was that the pain I carried
would become the doorway to my purpose.

Yoga met me in that quiet ache.
It found me in the stillness—
and breath by breath, it brought me back to life.

What began as a personal practice became a sacred path—
one that continues to guide me toward healing, wholeness, and unwavering self-trust.

Today, I live in the same body—
but with reverence, resilience, and radiant devotion.
And that transformation is what I now hold space for in others.

My Work

With over 1000 hours of training and a lifetime of seeking, I offer more than teachings; I offer sacred space.

The practices I share are rooted in presence, guided by intuition, and deeply connected to the breath.
Through Yoga, Breathwork, and Mindful Movement, I help you return home; to your body, your breath, and your sacred Self.

In every class, retreat, or 1:1 session, I guide from the heart.
I help you quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and feel held in your body.

I draw deep inspiration from Pachamama. Mother Earth, whose rhythms remind us how to return.
The sun, the wind, the ocean, the soil: they are not separate from us, but our kin, our medicine. They mirror the wisdom of breath and stillness, movement and surrender. Nature is my teacher, my healer and my medicine and her elements live within every offering I share, whether you come to rest, release, or remember—you are welcome here.

This path is more than a practice.

A becoming.
