Class Descriptions:

  • Mindful Movement

This class ebbs and flows between conscious movement and stillness, incorporating breath awareness and mental focus to create a sense of meditation in motion. You’ll be invited to explore each posture with presence, tuning into sensation and softness. This class weaves strength and grace with moments of pause, allowing time to linger, feel, and return inward. With attention on breath and body, you’ll cultivate inner clarity and nervous system regulation. The practice concludes with a nourishing savasana to restore and integrate. Leave feeling grounded, open, and deeply connected to your Self.

  • Yin Yoga

This class offers a meditative approach to release stagnant energy held in the physical, emotional, and energetic body. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, the practice includes long-held, passive floor poses that target the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, and spine. By gently stressing the connective tissue, Yin supports joint health, flexibility, and energetic flow. The stillness of the practice invites deep presence and nervous system regulation. As energy centers open and prana moves freely, you’ll experience a return to calm, clarity, and inner spaciousness—feeling restored in both body and spirit.

  • Yoga Nidra

This class is a guided, sleep-based meditation technique designed to access deep states of rest, inner awareness, and healing. Based on the lineage of Amrit Yogi Desai, I Am Yoga Nidra™ uses breath, body, and awareness techniques to still the waves of the mind. Scientifically proven to reduce stress, support emotional resilience, and restore the nervous system, this practice is a portal to deep rest and transformation. As you soften into stillness, you’ll reconnect with your inner wisdom and remember your wholeness—returning to Source, to silence, and to the sacred space within.
