Breathwork, Meditation & Heat | Cold Therapy
We’ll begin with a powerful Breathwork session to regulate the nervous system, quiet the mind, and anchor you into intention.
From there, you’ll move into a deep meditation to soften inward and reconnect with yourself.
With your system fully prepared, and with the breath as your anchor and calming tool, we’ll move into Heat and Cold Therapy - a transformative practice that invites resilience, deeper awareness, and a renewed sense of balance and vitality.
This afternoon is an invitation to release stress, return to yourself, and leave feeling grounded, invigorated, and renewed.
Benefits of Combining Steam and Cold Plunge:
Enhanced Circulation:
