“Love Is the Frequency of Magic took place at Blue Spirit in the beautiful Guanacaste Province of Costa Rica. This yoga retreat was the experience of a lifetime! The resort was incredible (food,location, views, beach) but what made the retreat so amazing was Tania's preparation with the. classes (meditation, yin, yoga nidra, journaling, activities) and the people joining the retreat. Tania is a Reiki healer, she applied her expertise to the program. We also did bonus activities such as breathwork, cocao ceremony, and a sound bath. These activities were led by Costa Rican locals that partner with Blue Spirit. I just can't say enough good things about Tania and her partner, Sudhir. “Align with Grace” with Tania - for future retreaters, glance at the schedule, check into your room, and then let yourself relax and allow Tania guide you through a beautiful awakening.  Each day is different, maybe a different friend you didn't know you needed all along, or an asana you never tried before, or a simple word that suddenly means something totally different than it ever did before.  You may not know the type of journey that you are on while you are in the moment, or realize the profound experience that you are having.  Some of these moments hit me hard during my retreat, but the biggest of them all are just beginning.  It's not just a week, it's a whole new beginning. 

The time at Blue Spirit with you and such a lovely group of people will forever be with me in my heart and my soul, and I will definitely do another retreat with you when I can!  Thank you again for welcoming me into your yoga family with open arms and guiding a beautiful, amazing, peaceful week.
