PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

A $500 deposit is required to hold your space and is non-refundable. Deposits can be made via Venmo, Zelle, personal check, or credit card, a 3.2% processing fee applies to credit card payments. Beyond the deposit, the remaining balance is due in full; no payment plan is available.

  • Before January 15, 2027: cancel and recover everything paid except the $500 deposit.

  • January 15, 2027: the final balance becomes due in full.

  • After January 15, 2027: no refunds are available.

  • Late cancellations: transferring your spot to another guest may be permitted with Tania's approval.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
